Spiced Pumpkin Parfait
A Spicy, Autumnal Twist on Parfait
Just the Recipe | 1 Serving
Ingredients
1 Cup Yogurt
2 TBS Spiced Pumpkin Puree -or- 2 TBS Pumpkin Puree + 1 /2 tsp Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Chia Seeds
Optional Mix-Ins
Granola
Coconut Flakes
Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
Dried Cranberries
Dried Mango
Crystalized Ginger
Toasted Pecans
Steps
Mix the pumpkin puree, syrup, chia seeds and yogurt. Stir well to combine.
Layer in a glass: yogurt mix, a drizzle of syrup, granola and other mix-ins.
Repeat.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
