Spiced Pumpkin Parfait

A Spicy, Autumnal Twist on Parfait

Just the Recipe | 1 Serving

Ingredients

1 Cup Yogurt

2 TBS Spiced Pumpkin Puree -or- 2 TBS Pumpkin Puree + 1 /2 tsp Pie Spice

1/2 tsp Maple Syrup

1 tsp Chia Seeds

Optional Mix-Ins

Granola

Coconut Flakes

Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)

Dried Cranberries

Dried Mango

Crystalized Ginger

Toasted Pecans

Steps

  • Mix the pumpkin puree, syrup, chia seeds and yogurt. Stir well to combine.

  • Layer in a glass: yogurt mix, a drizzle of syrup, granola and other mix-ins.

  • Repeat.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
