Bear Juice

Bear Juice

A Festive Holiday Drink

We first enjoyed this at our friend’s Canadian Thanksgiving party. Easy drinking, this festive punch looks stunning in a glass beverage dispenser.

Just the Recipe | 9 Cups

About 1/2 Gallon; 8-10 Servings

Ingredients

1 750 Ml Bottle of Crown Royal

3 Cups of Peach Schnapps

3 Cups of Low-Sugar Cranberry Juice

2 Cups of Frozen Cranberries

Optional: Bottle of Club Soda

Steps

  • Pick over the cranberries and make sure all stems and dark berries are discarded.

  • Fill a large pitcher or glass dispenser with all of the ingredients, except the club soda.

  • Stir. Serve over ice and add a splash of club soda.

Cheers!

Kitchen Acumen Tips:

  • Low -sugar cranberry juice is the best in this since the peach schnapps are quite sweet.

  • Baby Bear Juice (N/A). To make an N/A punch, skip the Crown Royal and swap the schnapps for peach simple syrup. Mix the club soda in with the juice and simple syrup.

    • Make a homemade peach simple syrup by mixing 2 cups water with 2 cups sugar and two cups chopped peaches in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and then strain off and cool. Chill completely before mixing in the punch.
